Jaggery, being rich in iron, trace minerals and salts, has been used in Ayurvedic preparations for centuries. This golden-yellow organic jaggery is scrumptiously sweet, with a distinct flavour that makes any food or drink to which it is added more delicious.
The Barva Organic Jaggery comes in 4 flavors/variants, each enriched with a different herb or spice.
Lipid soluble extracts, made in vacuum at low temperature, give a complete organoleptic profile of the extracted herb. The special extraction technology enables all the compounds present in the raw herb to translate into the extract while all the volatile actives stay intact.
- Elaichi or Cardamom is a cooling herb known for balancing digestive functions and blood pressure levels. It helps treat bad breath, prevents cavities and induces good sleep. The Elaichi used in this product is in the form of lipid soluble extracts.
Elaichi Jaggery Ingredients:
Concentrated Sugarcane Juice, Cardamom extract.
Use 1 jaggery cube with 1 cup (150 ml) of hot water.
Use 1 jaggery cube with 1 cup (150 ml) of hot tea/coffee.
Consume the jaggery cube as it is.
